    New Flight Charters guarantees you’re getting the best price in the market. If you should receive a better, qualified quote for the same trip, New Flight Charters will beat it or pay you $1000 cash.

    What does the Best Price Guarantee apply to?

    The Best Price Guarantee covers all private aircraft charters within, to or from the U.S., booked through New Flight Charters. You won’t find a more comprehensive or better-supported price guarantee available from any other private air charter service today

    How do I take advantage of the Best Price Guarantee?

    Just call New Flight Charters (888-701-3843) within 48 hours of booking, tell your charter manager of the lower qualified quote and forward the quote to them. Qualified quotes are prepared written offers for the same itinerary and size/type aircraft.

    Best Price Guarantee Terms and Conditions

    1. Best Price Guarantee. In the unlikely event that you receive a lower qualified quote after booking with New Flight Charters, we will meet it or pay you $1000 cash. This Best Price Guarantee is subject to the terms and conditions listed below.
    2. Notifying New Flight Charters. You must contact us at 888-701-3843 within forty-eight (48) hours after your New Flight Charters booking. The lower quote must be available for booking at the time you contact us, and not a pending or uncertain availability, as determined by our charter managers. You will be asked to forward, via either fax or email, the qualified quote as defined below.
    3. Qualified Qutoes. Qualified quotes are independently prepared, written offers for the exact same itinerary and aircraft category, and operated under the same FAA flight rules, by a US registered aircraft and FAA certificated air carrier. Not acceptable examples include, but are not limited to; website screenshots; automatically generated estimates; informal emailed or verbal price offers; foreign registered aircraft.
    4. Must be “Apples to Apples” Comparison. The Best Price Guarantee is available only for exact itinerary matches, for example, the exact same dates and times of travel, airports, and aircraft category. It applies only to the cost of the booked flight, including all flight-related fees and expenses, without including any taxes and international/customs processing fees. The Guarantee is not available for bookings where the itinerary, aircraft, fees or similar booking details are unknown until after purchase.
    5. Comparison Quotes Must Be Available to the General Public. The Best Price Guarantee applies only to prices and quotes available to the general public. For example, this does not include quotes offered from a membership program; corporate discounts or rates; rewards program; bulk purchase; prepaid card; prices available via auction or similar process; or quotes available only by using a coupon or other promotion not offered to the general public.
    6. Verification of Claims. All requests, claims and quotes are subject to verification by New Flight Charters. New Flight Charters will not accept website screenshots or other purported evidence of a lower quote that cannot be independently confirmed by New Flight Charters personnel. Nor will New Flight Charters verify any request that it believes, in its sole discretion, is the result of a printing or other error or is made fraudulently or in bad faith. Verified requests will receive either a revised New Flight Charters trip cost to beat the lower quote by at least $500, or will receive $1000 cash within 30 days following charter completion. Limit: one (1) cash award per entire booking, and three (3) cash awards per customer per calendar year.
    7. Changes. New Flight Charters reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify or discontinue the Best Price Guarantee or to restrict its availability to any person, at any time, for any or no reason, and without prior notice or liability to you. The terms that are in effect at the time of your claim will determine your eligibility under the Best Price Guarantee. No change in the Best Price Guarantee will affect any cash award that has already been approved. The failure by New Flight Charters to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

    How much does it cost to charter a private jet?

    Below is what you can expect for typical pricing across the U.S. jet charter market.  Actual availability and pricing for a specific date and routing may be a bit lower or higher depending on industry schedules.  Some may ask, “Is it possible for cost be 1/2 of these prices?  Unfortunately no, see also the Jet Charter Pricing Q & A below.

    Many variables go into individual jet charter quotes and pricing for any particular trip. The industry is very diverse, with around 7,000 charter aircraft and 1,650 certificated charter operators in the US alone.

    Jet Charter Pricing Q & A:
    Q: Can I get a private jet charter flight for under $10,000?

    A: It’s very rare. If a flight of 1-hour or less matches up with a light jet empty leg, it may be under $10,000 total.  Executive turboprops such as the Pilatus PC-12 or King Air series will typically be under $10,000 for a 1-hour flight or same-day round trip in many parts of the country.  See example costs above.

    Q: What about the articles I see about empty legs for dirt cheap, same as airline fares, or even 1/2 price?

    A: There is a market for all flights, and a well-fitting empty leg will typically be around 75% of standard pricing. Keep in mind, Empty Legs are a convenient marketing angle to attract interest.  Like they say, if it sounds too good to be true…

    Q: How far in advance is best for quotes and booking? The earlier the better?

    A: Not usually. Different from the airlines, the best jet charter quotes and availability are less than 2 months in advance, often less than 1 month. Typically specific aircraft availability and pricing are not set further in advance.

    Q: When is the best time to find an empty leg?

    A: Most jet charters book less than 2 weeks in advance, so that is when the most empty legs become available in aircraft schedules.

    Q: I hear about floating fleets with one-way pricing, what is that?

    A: The biggest trend in jet charter the past decade is specific fleets that string one-way flights together in their schedules, reducing the positioning costs of traditional charters, thus allowing for reduced ‘one-way’ pricing. These are often the best cost options for one-way flights of 2 hours or more. These are the same fleets most jet cards and memberships use to minimize their costs below the rates their customers are paying.

    Q: Are there exceptions? If a jet is flying empty anyway, won’t they take me for cheap for at least some income?

    A: There is a market for flights in the charter industry, so each flight has a market value even up to hours before. Also, flying under charter’s FAA Part-135 regulations is more restrictive, expensive and consuming than flying empty repositioning under Part-91.

    Q: The airline tickets for this trip are so expensive, if 6 of us chartered our own jet could it be similar or not much more?

    A: No, but they are typical and what we would expect as every-day best in the charter market. For a specific date and itinerary quotes may be a little lower or a bit higher, however we would expect in most cases to be in this range.
